1 Million 4 Anna Foundation 
  1. 1 Million 4 Anna is a non-profit organization founded by Carol and David Basso in honor of their daughter, Anna. Anna passed from Ewing's Sarcoma in June of 2011. The 1M4A foundation is making strides in funding research and raising awareness for Ewing's Sarcoma. Anna and Matthew left legacies that we are continuing everyday. #redheadsrock
  2. The mission of the Sarcoma Foundation of America (SFA) is to advocate for sarcoma patients by funding research and by increasing awareness about the disease. The organization raises money to privately fund grants for sarcoma researchers and conducts education and advocacy efforts on behalf of sarcoma patients.
  3. The goal of The Truth 365 documentary is to raise awareness, start movements, and educate the world about the need for funding for pediatric cancer research. Cancer kills more than 2,500 children per year. The Truth 365 shares true stories about the battles that childhood cancer warriors face. The ultimate goal is to alert the National Cancer Institute that childhood cancer needs more than 4% of research funding.
  4. Binkeez for Comfort is a Guidestar Platinum-accredited 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The Binkeez mission is to provide handmade blankets from certified fabrics to babies and children struggling to survive life-threatening illnesses, acute developmental and mental disorders and severe burns, all the while offering support to parents, siblings and caregivers.Binkeez for Comfort honors the legacy of Executive Director Susan Posterro’s mother, Lynne, who has sewn over 40,000 blankets for children in third world countries.

Love Your Melon was founded by Zach and Brian; two friends studying at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, with the idea of putting a hat on every child in America who is battling cancer. Love Your Melon has spread to colleges throughout the country. To this date, LYM has donated over 75,000 hats and over 1.1 million dollars to pediatric cancer research and families battling cancer.
  6. The ECFC is a public charitable foundation that is committed to improving the lives of those affected by Ewing sarcoma. They make it their mission to fund Ewing's Sarcoma research, raise awareness, and educate. The foundation was started by Tina Pernica, in honor of her incredible son, Reid, who lost his battle to Ewings in 2007.
  7. Whip Pediatric Cancer was founded by Jordan Belous. Jordan came up with the Whip Pediatric Cancer Challenge, and soon the challenge went viral! Along with the Whip challenge, Jordan has created the Heart of Gold program. Through the Heart of Gold program, schools across the country are Going Gold. The mission of Whip Pediatric Cancer is to spread awareness and raise money for pediatric cancer research.
  8. Created and supported by the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, the one hundred is an awareness and fundraising initiative that celebrates hope in the cancer community. Each year, we honor 100 Everyday Amazing individuals and groups — caregivers, researchers, philanthropists, advocates and volunteers from around the globe — whose commitment to the fight against cancer inspires us all to take action.

    Every little bit helps!! There is no such thing as too small of a donation. From $1 to $1000, every amount is funding the fight against pediatric cancer.

    There are several volunteer opportunities! Be sure to check out opportunities at your local hospitals, blood drives, fundraising events, and clubs and organizations.

    Educate those around you about pediatric cancer. Use your social media handles to share facts and raise awareness on pediatric cancer. Make known that pediatric cancer warriors are more than 4%!

    Matt always gave back. Even when the cancer was strong, Matt proved to be stronger. He was always looking out for others and reaching out to his family, friends, and even those he did not know well. No matter what, he would be there to lend a hand to anyone in need. In honor of Matt, make someone smile today. Hold the door open for the person behind you, smile at strangers. It's the little things that mean the most.
